About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you support the management team in creating a strong customer experience and delivering results. You share responsibility for store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store, while helping create a positive environment for managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager and performs supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

Nice To Haves

• Prior supervisory experience in a similar-volume apparel business is preferred.
• Occasional travel to other store locations may be required, if needed.

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage customers, build relationships and brand loyalty, and use company tools.
• Model the customer experience for team members.
• Support consistent store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to help create a great work environment.
• Perform point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.
