About The Position

Maintenance Technicians conduct general maintenance and repairs on facility equipment and property structures at Gamecock Village. Duties include general and preventative maintenance, property safety, resident inspections, maintaining the cleanliness and appeal of the property, completing work orders, preparing units for new occupancy, grounds-keeping, and assisting with property turn. Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• At least 1 year of apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience required.
• Ability to sit for long periods; use hands and fingers; speak, see, and hear; reach, bend, stoop, push, and pull; lift up to 25 pounds; walk and climb stairs; and think, concentrate, and communicate.

Nice To Haves

• 2 or more years of apartment or multi-housing maintenance experience preferred.
• HVAC certification preferred.
