About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment while assisting the manager with smooth operations and customer service. This is a customer-facing role that includes general customer service duties, such as assisting customers, resolving issues, and providing a positive experience. No experience is required; training will be provided. The position is part-time and may include cross-training in other departments.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Use tools and equipment to clean and maintain facility operations.
- Perform or assist with equipment repair and maintenance, including HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections, along with other assigned duties.
- Put customer safety and satisfaction first and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
- Potentially cross-train in Store Cashier, Restaurant Cashier, Facility Maintenance, and Leadership Roles.
