About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role maintains, repairs, and troubleshoots preparation plant machinery, with welding and torching performed as needed. A $1.00-per-hour raise may be provided after 90 days, pending a performance review.

The listed schedule is four days on and three days off, working 10-hour shifts. The available shift times are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. Required personal protective equipment is not provided.

Requirements

• Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
• Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
• Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
• Required PPE, which is not provided: hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
• Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
• Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
• Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
• Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
