About The Position

JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, comprehensive benefits, and long-term career opportunities. A $1.00-per-hour raise is offered after 90 days, pending a performance review. The position involves maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting preparation plant machinery, including welding and torching when needed to replace or repair equipment and structural components. Employees assist with general labor and maintenance throughout the facility and must comply with MSHA safety requirements. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. The listed schedule is four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. The posting lists first shift as 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, second shift as 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and night shift as 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. The job requires the ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.

Requirements

Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
Must have knowledge of using basic hand tools.
Required PPE (not provided): hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots.
