Maintenance Tech - 2nd Shift - Graysville, PA
About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The role offers competitive pay, shift differentials, a comprehensive benefits plan, and long-term career opportunities. A $1.00-per-hour raise may be provided after 90 days, pending a performance review. The position is scheduled for 10-hour shifts on a four-days-on, three-days-off rotation. The listed shifts are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. MSHA Surface Training is provided if needed. Required personal protective equipment is not provided.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
- Knowledge of using basic hand tools.
- Required PPE: hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots; PPE is not provided.

Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
- Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair equipment and structures.
- Work on screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
- Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
