About The Position
JENNMAR Services is seeking full-time Maintenance Technicians for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in Graysville, Pennsylvania. The position offers competitive pay, shift differentials, long-term career opportunities, and a comprehensive benefits plan. A $1.00-per-hour raise may be offered after 90 days, pending a performance review. The schedule is four days on and three days off, with 10-hour shifts. Available shifts are 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, 3:00 PM–1:00 AM, and 9:00 PM–7:00 AM. Overtime is available. Required personal protective equipment is not provided.
Requirements
- Previous maintenance experience is preferred.
- Ability to work shifts that include weekends and holidays.
- Must pass a background check, drug and alcohol screening, and hair follicle test.
- Knowledge of how to use basic hand tools.
- Required PPE, not provided: hard hat; reflective vest or shirt; metatarsal boots.

- Previous maintenance experience.
Responsibilities
- Maintain, repair, and troubleshoot preparation plant machinery.
- Perform welding and torching as needed to replace or repair screens, shakers, chutes, crushers, and support beams.
- Assist with general labor and maintenance tasks throughout the facility.
- Comply with all MSHA safety requirements.
- Complete MSHA Surface Training; training is provided.
