About The Position
Gateway Management Company is seeking a part-time Maintenance Technician for its Highland Park Family apartment community in Ponca City, Oklahoma. The position performs maintenance duties to maintain, repair, and improve apartment communities and works with management to ensure the community meets the company’s quality maintenance standards. Hourly wage is determined by related experience and certifications. Benefits are available.
Requirements
- At least two years of verifiable maintenance experience.
- Ability to prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficiently.
Nice To Haves
- HVAC certification and working experience are preferred.
