Maintenance Technician Part Time
About The Position
Maintenance Technicians help ensure a safe, clean, and well-maintained environment at Love’s. They also assist managers in maintaining smooth operations and serving customers. This is a customer-facing position that includes general customer service duties, such as providing assistance, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. No prior experience is required; training is provided. Technicians assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs. They use a range of tools and equipment to maintain the facility, including performing equipment repairs and maintenance, pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections. Additional duties may include cross-training in cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
Requirements
- Ability to move and lift more than 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various temperatures.
- No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Responsibilities
- Provide customer assistance, resolve issues, and help ensure a positive customer experience.
- Assist store, restaurant, and truck care departments with cleaning, maintenance, stocking, and customer service needs.
- Clean and maintain facility operations using various tools and equipment.
- Perform equipment repair and maintenance, including work involving HVAC systems, fuel systems, service trucks, and refrigeration systems.
- Perform pressure washing, plumbing repairs, and site inspections.
- May cross-train in other departments, including store cashier, restaurant cashier, facility maintenance, and leadership roles.
- Prioritize customer safety and satisfaction and comply with company safety policies and procedures.
