Requirements

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience, preferably in multifamily housing or a related field
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
• Ability to participate in an on-call rotation and weekend coverage
• Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance
• Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and ability to work independently

Nice To Haves

• HVAC certification preferred

Responsibilities

• Complete service requests in a timely and professional manner
• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on apartment homes
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents through apartment turns and punch work
• Troubleshoot and complete general plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliance repairs
• Assist with grounds maintenance and overall community appearance
• Participate in snow removal and other seasonal property needs
• Share in an on-call rotation and assist with weekend maintenance responsibilities as needed
• Provide outstanding customer service to residents and team members
