About The Position

MG Properties is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join the team at Lakeview at Superstition Springs in Mesa, Arizona. The company manages apartment communities across the Western United States and emphasizes service to its communities and employee development. The role includes maintaining grounds, offices, and common areas; responding to maintenance service requests; repairing appliances; painting; preparing apartments for turnover; and taking emergency calls. The position requires reliable transportation and availability for an on-call rotation. Employees must acknowledge and consent to the possibility of audio recordings during work duties.

Requirements

• Experience in all trades, including plumbing, electrical, and air conditioning.

Nice To Haves

• At least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience on a 200-unit property is preferred.

Responsibilities
