Maintenance Technician - 2nd or 3rd shift

About The Position

Envalior is seeking a skilled Multi-Craft Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair production equipment across mechanical, electrical, and fabrication disciplines. The role supports continuous plant operations by performing preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs to minimize downtime and meet production goals. The technician may work 2nd or 3rd shift and should be willing to work flexible shifts as needed.

Requirements

At least 3 years of hands-on experience in multi-craft industrial maintenance.
Proficiency in welding, electrical systems up to 480V, mechanical repairs, and fabrication.
Experience with PLCs, blueprints, and CMMS; SAP is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
Willingness to work flexible shifts as needed.

Nice To Haves

Associate degree or equivalent in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Maintenance.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic equipment.
Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and implement corrective actions promptly.
Perform MIG/TIG welding, metal fabrication, and machining as required.
Work with PLCs, electrical control systems, and instrumentation for diagnostics and repairs.
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
Maintain accurate maintenance records and comply with safety guidelines and procedures.
