About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Team Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment, while leading, training, and mentoring other technicians. Duties are performed in accordance with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also includes security responsibilities when a security officer is absent and other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General maintenance background experience required.

Nice To Haves

Hospital maintenance experience preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment.
Lead, train, and mentor other technicians.
Help provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages, in accordance with applicable standards.
Perform security duties in the absence of a security officer.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
