About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Team Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment, while leading, training, and mentoring other technicians. Work must comply with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also includes providing security in the absence of a security officer and performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance background experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment.
• Lead, train, and mentor other technicians.
