About The Position

The Maintenance Tech Lead performs preventive and general maintenance and repairs on the facility and associated equipment while leading, training, and mentoring other technicians. The work must comply with applicable standards and support a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also provides security coverage when a security officer is absent and performs other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• General maintenance background experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive and general maintenance and repairs on the facility and associated equipment.
• Lead, train, and mentor other technicians.
• Help maintain a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages in accordance with applicable standards.
• Provide security coverage in the absence of a security officer.
• Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
