About The Position
The Maintenance Technician Team Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment, while leading, training, and mentoring other technicians. Duties are performed in accordance with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role also includes security duties when a security officer is absent and other related duties as assigned or requested. The position is at Overland Park Rehab and is listed as full-time day work. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- General maintenance background experience required.
Nice To Haves
- Hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
