About The Position

The Maintenance Technician Team Lead is responsible for preventive and general maintenance and repair of the facility and associated equipment. The role also leads, trains, and mentors other technicians. Duties are performed in accordance with applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. Additional responsibilities include providing security in the absence of a security officer and performing other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
Five or more years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General maintenance background experience required.

Nice To Haves

Hospital maintenance experience is preferred but not required.
