About The Position

The Maintenance Technician II performs preventive and general maintenance and repairs on the facility and associated equipment. Work must follow applicable standards to provide a safe environment of care for employees, patients, and visitors of all ages. The role may also provide security when a security officer is absent and perform other related duties as assigned or requested.

Requirements

One to two years of related experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
General maintenance background experience is required.

Nice To Haves

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Hospital maintenance experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance on the facility and associated equipment.
Perform general maintenance and repairs on the facility and associated equipment.
Follow applicable standards to maintain a safe environment for employees, patients, and visitors.
Provide security in the absence of a security officer.
Perform other related duties as assigned or requested.
