About The Position
Travel + Leisure Co. is hiring a Maintenance Technician I for Club Wyndham Panama City Beach. The role provides general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient operations. The technician completes service requests and repairs, prepares units for occupancy, maintains fixtures and building components, performs exterior cleanup and basic landscaping, and inspects building systems while reporting deficiencies. The position also requires following company safety programs and helping ensure units and buildings are in working order for guests.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and a positive, can-do attitude with a team focus.
- Ability to work independently or with others as needed.
- Basic handyman skills.
Responsibilities
- Perform general facility maintenance under supervision to preserve quality and support efficient production.
- Complete directed service requests and repairs, including painting, appliance repair, minor electrical work, and carpentry.
- Perform directed maintenance work for make-ready units.
- Repair or replace general fixtures and components, including doors, windows, walls, flooring, ceilings, roofs, furniture, and cabinetry.
- Clean and maintain exterior landscaping, including emptying trash, picking up trash, and general landscape work.
- Clean and inspect building systems and report deficiencies to a supervisor.
- Adhere to company safety programs.
