About The Position

The Maintenance Technician 2 repairs and maintains the property’s mechanical and electrical equipment, plumbing fixtures, structural facilities, and grounds. The role supports satisfactory cash flow, positive resident relations, and resident retention by keeping properties safe, comfortable, and well maintained. The technician performs routine and preventive maintenance, responds to work orders, diagnoses issues, completes repairs, and conducts property inspections to identify potential problems. Work must comply with safety regulations and company standards. The position involves resident service and on-call response to emergency maintenance requests. The stated schedule is Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM, with flexibility.

Requirements

Experience in general maintenance work, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs.
A positive problem-solving and troubleshooting approach.
Attention to detail and the ability to complete tasks thoroughly and accurately.
A customer-service focus when responding to resident maintenance requests.

Prior experience in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
