About The Position

RAM Partners, LLC, a full-service real estate management company managing more than 80,000 apartments throughout the United States, is seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to guide the maintenance team and help maintain the integrity of the property. The role involves supporting and supervising maintenance staff, coordinating property upkeep and service work, and maintaining grounds, common areas, and workspaces to company standards.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule, including weekends.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.

Nice To Haves

• College degree.
• EPA HVAC certification.

Responsibilities

• Support hiring, training, supervising, and motivating maintenance staff, with guidance from the Property Manager.
• Inspect the property and address maintenance needs.
• Follow up on service requests performed by the maintenance team.
• Complete work orders in a timely manner according to priority.
• Inspect and coordinate the make-ready process.
• Treat residents, staff, and vendors professionally while demonstrating customer service skills.
• Maintain property grounds and common areas to company standards.
• Perform preventative maintenance.
• Maintain a clean and well-organized shop and other work areas.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.
