About The Position

Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to oversee facility operations, infrastructure, grounds, utilities, and maintenance staff across two thriving resort communities. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated leader who enjoys a variety of responsibilities—from electrical and plumbing systems to team leadership, capital improvement projects, and facility operations. You'll play a key role in creating a safe, attractive, and enjoyable environment for our residents, guests, and team members.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of maintenance or facilities management experience
  • 2+ years of supervisory or leadership experience
  • Experience in hospitality, resorts, RV communities, hotels, commercial facilities, or similar environments
  • Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical systems, and general construction
  • Experience troubleshooting electrical systems, breaker panels, and 220-volt equipment
  • Experience replacing electrical pedestals and performing infrastructure repairs
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond effectively to emergencies
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, email, and online work order systems
  • Valid driver's license required

Nice To Haves

  • Wastewater Treatment Experience is a Plus
  • HVAC, Plumbing, or Electrical certifications are highly desirable

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and facility operations for Arizona Oasis Resort and Desert Garden RV Resort.
  • Lead, coach, schedule, and support the maintenance team.
  • Prioritize and assign work orders to ensure timely completion.
  • Maintain resort buildings, grounds, pools, utility systems, and amenities.
  • Oversee electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, and infrastructure repairs.
  • Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance programs.
  • Respond to facility emergencies, equipment failures, and resident concerns.
  • Coordinate and supervise outside contractors and vendors.
  • Manage maintenance projects while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule expectations.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies.
  • Assist with wastewater treatment plant operations and related facility systems.
  • Maintain accurate records, reports, and maintenance documentation.
