Maintenance Supervisor - Heron on the Bluff & Osprey on the Bluff
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor performs general and advanced maintenance services at Heron on the Bluff and Osprey on the Bluff, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC. The role responds promptly to resident service requests and participates in preventative maintenance, including pool and exterior-lighting maintenance, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The supervisor maintains clean work areas, tools, and equipment and cares for and inventories supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company. The position requires on-call availability, including nights and weekends, with an on-call bonus.
Requirements
- At least three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
- One to two years of supervisory experience.
- Refrigeration certification (Type 2 or universal).
- Valid driver’s license free from major moving violations.
- Dependable transportation.
- CPO certification if required in the state and location applied.
