Maintenance Supervisor - Heron on the Bluff & Osprey on the Bluff
About The Position
The Maintenance Supervisor performs general and advanced maintenance at Heron on the Bluff and Osprey on the Bluff, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, appliance repairs, and HVAC work. The position responds promptly to resident service requests and participates in preventative maintenance, including pool and exterior-lighting maintenance, filter changes, and apartment inspections. The supervisor is responsible for keeping work areas, tools, and equipment clean and for caring for, maintaining, and inventorying property- or management-company-owned supplies and equipment. The position is also available for on-call work, including nights and weekends, with an on-call bonus.
Requirements
- At least three years of maintenance experience in the multifamily industry.
- One to two years of supervisory experience.
- Refrigeration certification (Type II or universal).
- Valid driver’s license free from major moving violations and dependable transportation.
- CPO certification if required in the state and location of application.
