Property management company is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor as part of our growing operations within Austin, Texas. Requirements

• Ability to become proficient in understanding of our properties
• Proven success in technical service/customer service management
• Proven success in asset management
• Proven success in customer relationship management
• Proven success in compliance and utilization of current/upcoming technology to accomplish such.
• Oversee field maintenance technicians.
• Pool maintenance.

Nice To Haves

• Preferably a minimum of 10 years maintenance experience
• 5 years service minimum supervisory/management experience
• Strong problem solving ability and independent decision making
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft office applications
• Post High School Degree or Program completion preferred
• Candidates must complete background screening process, including a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of maintenance and repair needs for existing property
• Supervise our team of maintenance technicians
• Understand/execute the logistics of a fast pace, rapidly changing service environment; including allocation of all types of resources; personnel, equipment, parts, etc.
• Play a key role on the team as well as interface with leadership
