About The Position
The Stocker is responsible for maintaining proper product levels for assigned retail customers. This full-time position involves replenishing merchandise, refilling displays, recovering products, assisting with stock rotations and shelf resets, and supporting backroom activities. The role requires a reliable vehicle, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to maintain auto liability insurance as required by state law. It is designated safety-sensitive; candidates receiving a conditional offer must pass a drug test. The advertised hourly pay range is $16.00–$18.00. The company notes that the range is an average and that a final offer depends on a candidate’s education, skills, and experience. Work may involve driving throughout the day, with driving segments of up to two hours. Some territories may require early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalency.
- At least 21 years of age.
- Reliable vehicle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ability to obtain and maintain auto liability insurance as required by state laws.
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the role, which may include lifting, lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 48 pounds.
- Pass a drug test after receiving a conditional offer of employment.
