About The Position

JCM Living is seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead, mentor, and support a maintenance team at a 350-unit residential community in Lancaster, Pennsylvania. The role involves maintaining the community, completing service requests, coordinating vendors and contractors, and carrying out a wide range of building, equipment, and grounds maintenance. The successful candidate must have HVAC experience and/or a license, be able to perform physical maintenance work, use maintenance tools, and drive company vehicles. Emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty may be required.

Requirements

• HVAC experience and/or an HVAC license is required.
• Must be capable of driving all company vehicles and have a valid driver's license.
• Must be capable of using maintenance tools.
• Must be able to perform the physical tasks listed, including lifting appliances.
• Candidates must submit a resume and salary requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and operate the swimming pool, including treating the water.
• Keep the maintenance shop orderly, stocked, and organized.
• Schedule vendors and contractors.
• Ensure apartment-community service requests are completed in a timely manner.
• Perform appliance lifting, tile work, drywall work, and appliance repair and installation.
• Perform snow removal.
• Handle carpentry, plumbing, light electrical work, painting, refurbishing, cleaning, waste removal, heating and air-conditioning repair, masonry, groundskeeping, landscaping, and sewer maintenance.
• Carry out the preventive maintenance program under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Be available for emergency repairs and after-hours on-call duty as required.
• Drive company vehicles, including golf carts, quads, and trucks.
• Use maintenance tools and carry out maintenance duties safely.
