About The Position
JCM Living is seeking a skilled, pride-driven Maintenance and HVAC Technician to support the comfort, safety, and well-being of residents and keep community infrastructure operating smoothly. The role involves resolving maintenance requests, diagnosing and repairing a range of systems, maintaining and improving community spaces, and helping prevent system failures. The technician works with internal teams and external contractors and may provide support during winter weather and rotating after-hours emergency calls. Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to community maintenance requests and diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliance issues.
- Perform carpentry, drywall, tiling, masonry, and painting work to refresh, refurbish, and improve community spaces.
- Collaborate on a supervisor-led preventative maintenance program to protect infrastructure and prevent system failures.
- Work with external contractors and internal teams.
- Safely and professionally operate company vehicles, including trucks, quads, and golf carts.
- Support the community during winter weather by performing snow removal.
- Provide reliable support during rotating after-hours emergency calls.
