About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor leads day-to-day activities involving the design, fabrication, modification, repair, and maintenance of material conveyances and related equipment that support warehouse and customer operations. This position provides hands-on leadership, coordinates work priorities based on operational and customer requirements, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The supervisor also communicates between the technical team, operations leadership, and customer requirements.

The role is based at a warehouse operation in Mesa, Arizona, supporting Boeing Aerospace through pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory management services.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on fabrication, maintenance, carpentry, or similar technical experience.
• Working knowledge of power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• AutoCAD, engineering, or industrial waterjet experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily conveyance fabrication, modification, and maintenance activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to the team.
• Build, modify, and repair kits and conveyances based on customer requirements.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication issues.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Communicate project status, concerns, and operational needs to facility leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
