About The Position

Logistics Insight Corporation (LINC), a subsidiary of Universal Logistics Holdings, Inc., is a third-party logistics provider offering supply-chain services. Its Mesa, Arizona operation supports Boeing Aerospace by operating a warehouse facility that provides pick-and-pack, sequencing, and inventory management support.

The Maintenance Supervisor leads day-to-day work involving the design, fabrication, modification, repair, and maintenance of material conveyances and related equipment supporting warehouse and customer operations. The position provides hands-on leadership, coordinates priorities according to operational and customer requirements, and helps ensure projects are completed safely, accurately, and on schedule. The Supervisor also communicates between the technical team, operations leadership, and customer requirements.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of hands-on fabrication, maintenance, carpentry, or similar technical experience.
• Working knowledge of power tools and fabrication equipment.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Nice To Haves

• Previous leadership or team lead experience.
• AutoCAD, engineering, or industrial waterjet experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and prioritize daily conveyance fabrication, modification, and maintenance activities.
• Provide day-to-day direction and technical support to the team.
• Build, modify, and repair kits and conveyances based on customer requirements.
• Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and on schedule.
• Troubleshoot equipment and fabrication issues as they arise.
• Coordinate facility and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Communicate project status, concerns, and operational needs to facility leadership.
• Support continuous improvement and maintain an organized, safe work environment.
