About The Position

Dominium is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor for Villa Hermosa, a 288-unit apartment community in Albuquerque, New Mexico. The role is responsible for the general appearance and maintenance of the physical property and for leading the maintenance staff. The position includes occasional on-call duties.

Requirements

• Advanced knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical systems, and general repair.
• A valid driver's license and insurance may be required.

Nice To Haves

• Three to five years of previous maintenance experience.
• HVAC and EPA experience.
• CPO certification.

Responsibilities

• Train, direct, motivate, and assist site maintenance personnel and other assigned staff.
• Monitor the property for repairs or replacements that may be needed.
• Complete work requests for common areas and apartment units.
• Perform preventative maintenance on the property.
• Assess and repair appliances as needed.
• Assist in preparing vacant units for new residents.
• Perform occasional on-call duties.
• Create and maintain a safe work environment.
