About The Position

This role is for a Maintenance Supervisor, focusing on machine and UAP downtime analysis, labor analysis, and managing preventive maintenance programs. The supervisor will be responsible for administering PM software, generating standard maintenance work procedures, coordinating weekly TPM meetings, and training personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics. Additionally, the role includes maintaining extraction systems.

Requirements

• Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, Electrical or related engineering.
• 3 years of experience in Industrial Maintenance
• Maintenance of hydraulic, pneumatic and welding equipment.
• 3 to 5 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Industrial Maintenance and TPM
• Spare parts inventory management
• Personnel management
• Siemens PLC
• Allen Bradley PLC
• ABB robot knowledge
• KUKA robot knowledge
• FANUC robot knowledge
• VDA 6.1 Quality Systems or similar
• IATF 16949 Quality Systems
• ISO 14001:2015 / ISSO 45001:2018

• Training of personnel in TPM and Preventive Maintenance topics
