About The Position

Located in our Poplar Bluff plant, you will be a Maintenance Supervisor. The Maintenance Supervisor will be in charge of coordinating daily department schedules, working together closely with the engineering team on project installations, and directing the maintenance department to achieve maintenance excellence goals.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minium 2-4 years of maintenance experience in the manufacturing field required
• Management and decision-making experience required
• Ability to manage people, production, inventory, scheduling, and all related maintenance functions required
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.

Nice To Haves

• Associate/Technical Degree preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, and coordinate the maintenance team's work schedules.
• Supervise a variety of support staff personnel.
• Ensure proper training levels through effective selection, interviewing, and training of staff.
• Maintain accurate reporting.
• Interpret and evaluate information, applying judgment to set team priorities, interpret policies, and establish effective approaches.
• Troubleshooting electrical and mechanical equipment.
