Arconic is currently seeking a skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to lead and coordinate maintenance activities during assigned shifts in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in equipment maintenance, team leadership, and continuous improvement, and supervisory experience in manufacturing. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED required; technical degree or certification preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial maintenance setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.
  • Experience using maintenance databases such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) or similar planning and scheduling tools.
  • Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
  • Employees must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire
  • This position requires access to controlled technology, as defined in the Export Administration Regulations (15 C.F.R. §730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Qualified candidate must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident of the U.S., protected individual as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3), or be eligible to obtain the required authorizations from the relevant government agency. Business demands may require employer to proceed with candidates who are immediately eligible to access controlled technology.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and direct maintenance technicians to ensure timely and effective completion of work orders, preventive maintenance, and emergency repairs.
  • Monitor equipment performance and reliability, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and environmental standards.
  • Collaborate with production and engineering teams to minimize downtime and support operational goals.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, shift reports, and equipment history.
  • Train, mentor, and evaluate team members to build a high-performing maintenance crew.
  • Participate in root cause analysis and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Manage spare parts inventory and coordinate with vendors for equipment and supplies.
