About The Position

The Maintenance Supervisor at Trevecca Towers II, a 210-unit affordable elderly property in Nashville, Tennessee, leads maintenance operations for the apartment community. This hands-on leadership position sets standards for quality, safety, and accountability while balancing planning, execution, and team support. The supervisor oversees work orders, apartment turns, curb appeal, and ongoing maintenance projects, and provides guidance and direction to Maintenance Technicians and Custodial team members, as applicable. The role participates in a shared on-call rotation based on property size and location and applies technical expertise in painting, drywall, plumbing, appliance repair, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs to keep the community well maintained and operating efficiently.

Requirements

• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to train, coach, and guide other maintenance personnel.
• Participation in shared on-call coverage with other maintenance staff is required.

Nice To Haves

• Previous apartment maintenance experience is preferred.
• HVAC certification or related certifications, such as EPA, are a plus.

Responsibilities
