About The Position

The Turf Maintenance Sales Representative is responsible for growing recurring turf maintenance revenue through customer outreach, relationship management, and service sales. This role focuses on enrolling customers in ongoing turf cleaning and maintenance programs, identifying repair opportunities, and ensuring customer concerns are resolved quickly and professionally.

Requirements

Strong communication and customer service skills.
Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
Organized and detail-oriented.
Comfortable using CRM software and mobile technology.
Ability to visit customer properties and work outdoors as needed.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

Contact existing and prospective customers to promote turf cleaning and maintenance services.
Convert one-time service customers into recurring maintenance accounts.
Maintain regular communication with customers to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Identify opportunities to increase service frequency and account value.
Serve as a primary point of contact for turf maintenance customers.
Respond to customer questions, concerns, and service requests.
Coordinate with operations teams to ensure work is completed properly and on schedule.
Follow up after service visits to confirm customer satisfaction.
Identify turf repair needs during customer interactions and site visits.
Provide repair recommendations and generate estimates when appropriate.
Coordinate repair projects with internal teams and customers.
Track customer communications, opportunities, and service schedules within the company CRM.
Ensure timely follow-up on leads and customer inquiries.
Maintain accurate customer records and notes.
