You will support safe, reliable operations by maintaining facilities, equipment, and park grounds.

Requirements

• Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
• Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.

Responsibilities

• Construct projects, repair building structures, replace fixtures, and complete woodwork using hand and power tools
• Operate park vehicles, heavy machinery, mowing equipment, and tools for landscaping and cleanup tasks
• Mix, pour, and finish concrete for foundations, pads, footings, and masonry repairs
• Install and repair water lines, fixtures, drains, and seasonal systems across park facilities
• Replace wiring, fixtures, panels, and related electrical components in buildings and campground areas
• Maintain turf, trails, plantings, and remove hazardous trees and invasive plants throughout the park complex
