The role uses a wide range of trade skills to keep facilities safe and operational.
Requirements
- Two years of experience as a Maintenance Repairman 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or Four years of experience in building and plant maintenance work, which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
- Possession a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
- Must be able to perform essential job functions.
Responsibilities
- Repair or install wooden structures and fixtures across park facilities
- Fix leaks, open drains, and maintain plumbing systems throughout the complex
- Build and repair concrete forms, walkways, walls, and building foundations
- Replace wiring, fixtures, and related components to keep systems functioning safely
- Operate vehicles and machinery to support daily maintenance activities
- Maintain turf, trails, and outdoor areas through mowing, pruning, and general upkeep
