Requirements

Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades; or Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities.
Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License.
Meet the PA residency requirement.
Ability to perform essential job functions.
Submission of criminal history reports upon conditional offer of employment.

Responsibilities

Perform plumbing repairs, including opening blocked drains and repairing leaky faucets.
Perform electrical tasks, such as replacing bulbs, shades, and switches, and assisting with major electrical repairs.
Perform carpentry work, including building doors, installing flooring, repairing screens, replacing windows, and fixing locks and door checks.
Perform roofing duties, such as replacing shingles and metal roofing.
Make minor adjustments to equipment and lubricate machinery as needed.
