Requirements
- Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
- Any equivalent combination of experience and training that affords the applicant with the Required Knowledges, Skills, and Abilities
- Must be able to perform essential job functions
Responsibilities
- Select tools, estimate materials, and prepare rough plans for assigned tasks
- Measure, cut, place, and finish materials for structures such as railings, stairs, and ramps
- Order, mix, and pour concrete to complete various construction needs
- Operate motorized and non-motorized hand tools and report missing or damaged equipment
- Conduct visual inspections, make adjustments, and document findings to support a safe environment
- Report accidents promptly and seek medical attention when necessary
