Requirements
- Two years of experience in general maintenance work which has involved at least two of the building, electrical, or mechanical trades
- Possession of a valid Pennsylvania Class C Driver's License
- Ability to perform essential job functions

Responsibilities
- Assist with electrical, plumbing, roofing, and heating system maintenance
- Install fixtures, repair doors, build forms, and complete interior finish work
- Maintain lawns, clear snow, prune trees, and handle outdoor upkeep
- Use hand tools, power tools, and equipment to complete maintenance tasks
- Help with stockpile assessments, conference meetings, and fire drills
- Clean work areas, follow schedules, pick up supplies, and support safe work practices
