About The Position

The Maintenance Mechanic AA is a full-time, permanent production maintenance role supporting the maintenance organization. The position calls for expertise in more than one area, demonstrated leadership, troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities, and the ability to provide direction for preventive maintenance and upgrades. Strong organization, follow-up, verbal and written communication, and print-reading skills are also important. Skills should be supported by training, continuing-education certificates, or other documented evidence of keeping current with technologies related to the role’s rating and wages.

The position is based in Carrollton, Texas, and works the third shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., with some Saturdays. The employee must follow company and plant policies and safety rules, comply with regulatory requirements, follow good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination, work overtime as required, and perform other duties as assigned.

Responsibilities

• Provide direction for preventive maintenance and upgrades.
• Adhere to company policies, plant rules and regulations, and safety rules and regulations.
• Comply with FDA, OSHA, EPA, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Follow good manufacturing practices to prevent product contamination.
• Work overtime as required.
• Perform other duties as required or assigned.
