About The Position

We’re looking for a Maintenance Manager who takes pride in owning the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of a community’s physical asset. In this position, you will lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard. This is a role for someone who sets a high standard for execution, holds their team accountable and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.

Requirements

Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership, including building systems, team management, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination
Ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term asset preservation
Thoughtful, detail-oriented approach

Responsibilities

Lead and develop the maintenance team to deliver consistent, high-quality performance
Oversee work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs
Manage building systems including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliances
Control maintenance expenses through vendor management, inventory oversight, and budget alignment
Ensure compliance with safety standards, inspections, and emergency response readiness
Availability to work weekends and participate in the on-call rotation
