About The Position

Manager responsible for the oversight and execution of maintaining and repairing the facility and equipment that used to support manufacturing and other subsequent activities.

Requirements

College or technical school and/or (10) years of relevant work experience including experience in a leadership role.
Electrical troubleshooting 12-24 VDC & 110-480 VAC
Pneumatics
Fanuc Controls
Troubleshoot Machine Controls
CNC equipment
HVAC & RTU
Powder coating dept. with pumps/ovens/washers

Responsibilities

Manage outside vendors; getting quotes and scheduling, negotiating and executing projects to completion.
Direct facilities maintenance such as; electrical, plumbing, roofing, lawn care, snowplowing, etc.
Directing manufacturing maintenance such as; reviewing and directing equipment preventive/predictive maintenance programs, machine repairs.
Assist staff with complex equipment problems or with major equipment failures, repairs or overhauls.
Establish means of responding to maintenance calls and set call/project priorities.
Leading and coaching other fellow associates to execute operator based maintenance and proper care of the facility.
Documenting work orders and prioritizing the activity of the maintenance team.
Advising the leadership team as necessary.
Other duties may be assigned.
