About The Position

At Northwood Ravin, we are known for creating distinctive luxury apartment communities and are seeking a Maintenance Manager who takes pride in owning the performance, reliability, and long-term condition of a community’s physical asset. In this position, you will lead all maintenance operations, ensuring systems run efficiently, units turn on time, and the property is maintained to a consistent, high standard. Key areas of focus include leading and developing the maintenance team, overseeing work orders, apartment turns, and preventative maintenance programs, managing building systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances), controlling maintenance expenses, and ensuring compliance with safety standards and emergency response readiness. This role is for someone who sets a high standard for execution, holds their team accountable, and takes full ownership of maintenance operations and outcomes.

Requirements

  • Solid foundation in multifamily maintenance leadership, including building systems, team management, preventative maintenance, and vendor coordination.
  • Ability to manage both day-to-day operations and long-term asset preservation.
