Southridge Behavioral Hospital is a beautiful and new state-of-the-art facility. As a joint venture with the Trinity Health System and Universal Health Services, we serve up to 96 adult and geriatric patients across four units. Thank you for considering our Maintenance/Plant Operations Manager position as we continue our successful opening! The Manager of Plant Operations is responsible for the upkeep and maintenance of the hospitals equipment and facilities that are consistent with hospital policy, procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards. Maintains standards for area of responsibilities in compliance with outside survey, regulatory and accreditation groups such as JCAHO, Department of Public Health, State Department of Mental Health and State Fire Marshall. Oversees the management of assigned staff to ensure that services are provided.

Requirements

High School Required
Facility Maintenance or Skilled trades experience strongly preferred.
Knowledge of Local, State, and Federal regulatory codes (Fire and Life Safety codes, and building/engineering codes preferred.
Ability to lift and carry heavy objects up to 50 pounds, and push and pull heavy objects up to 300 pounds.

Responsibilities
