About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory within the maintenance department, including receiving, stocking, and issuing parts and supplies. The role requires operating a forklift, preparing shipments, and maintaining accurate inventory records using various systems.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) or 1-3 years related experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Computer experience (Windows environment).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent Microsoft skills required (Must pass Microsoft Excel aptitude test).

Responsibilities

• Receive repair parts and general supplies into the MP2, CMMS, & M3 system and create receiving documents.
• Unload MRO repair parts & general supplies from delivery vehicles.
• Operate a forklift safely and effectively.
• Prepare outbound materials for shipping, including loading pallets and crates and strapping materials for shipment.
• Check out/check in maintenance tools & radios.
• Check out repair parts & general supplies from the MP2 CMMS system as needed by mechanics & electricians.
• Take cycle counts of inventory parts using hand-held scanners & download to MP2 CMMS.
• Track maintenance tools and equipment on log sheets.
• Charge out parts in the MP2 system to mechanics and department supervisors/leads.
