About The Position

CJ Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Inventory Clerk to join their team. This role is responsible for organizing, monitoring, and maintaining accurate inventory levels, conducting cycle counts and audits, tracking product movement, investigating discrepancies, managing inventory status, and operating a stand-up forklift. The Inventory Clerk will also collaborate with customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory issues. The position is not eligible for visa sponsorship or support for work authorization.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
Attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workplaces.
Experience operating a Stand-Up Forklift.
Reliability.

Nice To Haves

Previous experience with AS400/Korber/Blue Yonder and/or other warehouse management systems (WMS) preferred.
Forklift Certified.

Responsibilities

Organize, monitor, and maintain accurate inventory levels across multiple locations.
Conduct regular cycle counts, audits, and reconciliation for aisle, inbound, and outbound inventory.
Track and update product movement, identifying and correcting inventory discrepancies.
Investigate recurring inventory issues and determine the root cause.
Properly manage inventory at varying status levels (e.g., on-hand, on-order, damaged).
Operate a Stand-Up Forklift to assist with inventory counts, stock organization, and other warehouse tasks.
Work alongside customers, receiving, and sales teams to resolve inventory discrepancies.
Tackle other duties as assigned within training and expertise.
