About The Position

Stratas Foods is seeking an Inventory Clerk for the 3rd shift. This role is responsible for coordinating the flow, handling, and storage of raw materials, finished goods, and labels within the warehouse. The Inventory Clerk will ensure the accuracy of inventory levels and maintain warehouse equipment at optimal operating levels. Requirements

High school diploma required.
3-5 years of relevant experience.
Proficient (or ability to become proficient) use of Word, Excel, Outlook, and inventory management system.
Must be highly organized and able to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
Must have good problem-solving skills.
Must be detail-oriented.
Must be team-oriented.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Ability to climb stairs, bend, kneel, stand for extended periods, work in confined spaces, and work at heights.

Nice To Haves

Associate's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

Monitor and ensure compliance with all safety, food safety, environmental, GMP rules, regulations, and policies.
Coordinate inbound and outbound plant loads.
Complete all associated paperwork/reports correctly.
Ensure orders are fulfilled and loaded on trucks in a timely manner.
Communicate with warehouse employees and supervisors to complete daily needs.
Enter inventory adjustments as needed, perform root cause analysis and corrective actions.
Manage inventory levels to reduce old age/hold product, and minimize storage.
Other duties as assigned.
