About The Position

This position is responsible for managing inventory of repair parts and general supplies within the maintenance department. The role involves receiving, stocking, and distributing materials, as well as maintaining accurate inventory records using various systems. The clerk will also be responsible for managing tools and equipment, and ensuring efficient operations of the maintenance storeroom.

Requirements

• High school diploma (or equivalent) or 1-3 years related experience.
• Must be able to read and write English.
• Computer experience (Windows environment).
• Good communication and organizational skills.
• Excellent Microsoft skills required (Must pass Microsoft Excel aptitude test).

Nice To Haves

• Ability to operate a forklift safely and effectively.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair parts and general supplies into the MP2, CMMS, & M3 system and create receiving documents.
• Unload MRO repair parts & general supplies from delivery vehicles.
• Prepare outbound materials for shipping including loading pallets and crates and strapping materials for shipment.
• Check out/check in maintenance tools & radios.
• Check out repair parts & general supplies from the MP2 CMMS system as needed by the mechanics & electricians.
• Take cycle counts of inventory parts using hand-held scanners & download to MP2 CMMS.
• Track maintenance tools and equipment on log sheets.
• Charge out parts in the MP2 system to mechanics and department supervisors/leads.
